Tuition is on a weekly basis. Your bill will be for the upcoming week. If a payment is missed, you will receive a $10.00 late fee and a reminder from the Daycare office. If a second payment is missed, care will be suspended until prior balance is paid, in addition to the upcoming bill. This policy will be enforced firmly. All payments are due every Friday morning by 9:00 AM. Any payments made after that time will receive a $10.00 late fee. This policy will take effect December 26th, 2022. 

Invoices are sent out electronically via the Brightwheel app. Payments can be made directly through the app, including automatic withdrawl. Cash and checks payments are available, however will not immediately show on your Brightwheel accout. 

A $5.00 fee will be added to your child's bill for attending on a NON-CONTRACTED day, in addition to the corresponding program rate.

*Please note for Latchkey: Parents will only be billed for a maximum of 2 hours per day for any partial daycare, including half-days, early dismissals, and 2-hour delays! We are open for full-day daycare during the district's days off, which are billed as full-days. Please refer to the dropdown section below for the full list of closed dates/holidays.
